I would like to give some explanation to our company SHALCO Safety Training & Consulting or SHALCO for short. My name is Michel Eeraerts the proud founder of SHALCO, the company born in 2011. Since security is part of my DNA, I have been active in this sector for many years. As the youngest member of a family of entrepreneurs, it was claer to start my own business here too. And so Shalco was born!

Private Security:

After my military service in 1991 in a combat unit, I had the privilege of working as a SECURITY DIRECTOR for various international companies. My assignments in almost all over the world filled my backpack well with great experiences. Sectors such as luxury cosmetics, rough diamonds, explosives, international value transport, some in combination with Close Protection of VIP's even in war zones, appeal to the great imagination.

Public Safety:

I have been active within the FIRE BRIGADE since 1990. First at Londerzeel Municipal Fire Service and then at Willebroek. From the fire brigade reform, I have been part of the Rivierenland Fire Brigade Zone in our Post Willebroek. As a passionate corporal but also as the oldest member of our 112-Ambulance service, I am still with two feet in the field. Nothing better to help the people in trouble together with my colleagues!

Our TOP team of instructors but also the various number of consultans are ready with all their knowledge and experience to help our international customers with their security & safety. For example, after a thorough study and in close consultation with our customers, we offer the most appropriate training courses in FIRE & EVACUATION, FIRST AID, but also more specific subjects. Dutch, French, English but also German are the working languages ​​in which we can teach all different subjects.
